**LOCAL CUSTOMERS ** If you are local to Salisbury, Wiltshire and wish to place an order and collect your items to save on shipping costs please enter the code LOCCOLL at the checkout to remove the postage costs and I will organise collection with you!
If ordering through the website please add your selected items to the shopping basket and proceed to checkout. The combined shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process. I accept payment through Paypal and Stripe
All my products are MADE TO ORDER so orders can take 2-4 or 4-6 weeks depending on the item. I will contact you if I feel an order is going to take a longer amount of time to confirm you are happy to proceed.
I will send a picture of the completed items you have ordered to the email address provided before posting to allow you to check that you are happy with the finished product.
All posted items will be carefully packaged and posted Royal Mail Second Class unless otherwise stated or arranged. I will dispatch orders to the address provided at checkout. If you require me to post to an alternative address please ensure you message me separately or use the comments box at checkout to advise me of the shipping address.
Please do check your parcel upon delivery and let me know immediately if there are any issues that need resolving. I really hope you will be happy and satisfied with your order.
If the product you order allows you to pick your choice of colour then please state your choice/s in the comments box at checkout. Please note that colours may vary in shade slightly from that shown due to different computer screens.
All choices for personalised items e.g. colour/pattern/names etc. will need to be stated in the comments box at checkout. Please feel free to email me at [email protected] quoting your order number if you miss entering any details and I will reply to confirm. If I have not received personalisation details within 12 hours of the order I will follow this up with an email to you. I can only commence making your order once I have all the personalisation details required.
All my designs feature small parts and are therefore not suitable to be used as a toy and played with by children. They are for decorative purposes only. Please do not expose my products to any naked flames as they are not fireproof. They are designed for indoor use only and are not suitable to be used outdoors unless otherwise stated.
My designs are completely bespoke and therefore occasionally the exact ribbons/embellishments seen may not be available depending on the stock I have at the time of your order. I will do my best to provide a suitable, near match alternative but please do advise me at the point of ordering if this will not be acceptable to you.
