Refund Policy

Can I request a refund?

You have 14 days from receipt of the goods or conclusion of a contract for services to change your mind and request a refund. Provided that you make a clear statement that you would like a refund, I will accept returned goods within 14 days from the day you received them. Unfortunately I cannot offer refunds on personalised or custom made goods.

In the event of a return I would ask that you are responsible for covering the cost of return postage and packaging. 

Please ensure that appropriate waterproof packaging is used to return the item to me in its original condition. I will deduct monies from items returned showing signs of unreasonable usage. 

A refund will only be made to the account from which original payment was taken.

I will refund the full cost of the item within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
